Read moreTheJumper R1F is a full band D16 FrSky (ACCST) compatible receiver with an F-Port output that makes it easy to connect the receiver to a flight controller. The F.Port combines SBUS, RSSI and Smart Port telemetry into a single wire. This not only simplifies assembly, but also keeps the UART on the flight controller. F.Port is a non-inverted protocol, so no inversion is required - compatible with a large number of flight controllers. RSSI works automatically and offers full two-way telemetry.
There are direct soldering pads on the receiver, making the receiver compact and even suitable for mounting on mini quadcopters. Antennas can be easily replaced as the receiver uses snap-in IPEX/UFL connectors.
Note: the receiver supports FrSky D16 FCC international firmware (not EU LBT). FrSky Taranis works with this receiver only with ACCST module firmware version lower than 2.0.
Any F3, F4 or F7 controller with a spare UART should be able to run FPort. Update your FC to the latest Betaflight firmware version. On the Ports tab, enable Serial RX for the selected UART. On the Configuration tab, select "FPort" in the receiver protocol. Finally, in the Other Features menu, enable telemetry. For OpenTx users, to view telemetry information on your radio hardware, go to the telemetry page, select "Delete all Sensors" and then "Discover new Sensor" - RSSI information should then appear.
