Terms of delivery

Delivery of orders from the online store by Nova Poshtapostal courier:

• Delivery is carried out throughout Ukraine by pickup from a Nova Poshta branch in the recipient's locality. You can choose the required delivery warehouse on the official website of the Nova Poshta delivery service in this section, as well as when placing an order.
• Delivery cost: according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta. For the safety of the cargo, the parcel is insured at full cost, according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta.
• The goods are shipped on business days from Monday to Friday:
  
  • Orders placed and confirmed are dispatched within 2 business days according to the regulations.
• The parcel must be picked up from the post office within 5 calendar days, otherwise the parcel will be auto-returned to the sender.

Payment methods

• Payment for legal entities is available only for a certain category of goods on the website. Goods with VAT

Ordering and delivery rules

• The minimum order on the site is 200 UAH
• By placing an order, you agree to the Return Policy and Purchase Guarantee.
• By placing an order in our online store, the buyer agrees that he undertakes to check the integrity, quantity and conformity of the goods upon receipt at the branch of the selected postal service or point of delivery. In case of any discrepancies, it is necessary to issue a return of the goods.
• The store is not responsible for damage to the goods during transportation by the postal service, and compensation is issued by the postal service itself.
• In case of receiving the goods at Nova Poshta, storage in the warehouse of the branch lasts no more than 5 days, after which the goods will automatically be returned to the store. The store is not responsible for the late receipt of goods by the buyer from the Nova Poshta branch. Repeated shipment is carried out at the expense of the buyer.

 

Delivery is possible to such cities as: Kyiv, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovs'k, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Lviv, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, Mariupol, Luhansk, Sevastopol, Vinnytsia, Makiivka, Simferopol, Kherson, Poltava, Chernihiv, Cherkasy, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Khmelnytskyi, Horlivka, Rivne, Kirovohrad, Dniprodzerzhynsk, Chernivtsi, Kremenchuk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Bila Tserkva, Lutsk, Kramatorsk, Melitopol, Kerch, Nikopol, Sievierodonetsk, Sloviansk, Berdiansk, Uzhhorod, Alchevsk, Pavlohrad, Yevpatoria, Lysychansk, Kamyanets-Podilsky and other settlements where there are Nova Poshta offices.
