By placing an order in our online store, the buyer agrees that he undertakes to check the integrity, quantity and conformity of the goods upon receipt at the branch of the selected postal service or point of delivery. In the event of any discrepancies, you must arrange for the return of the goods.
By picking up the goods at the postal service office or delivery point, the buyer agrees to the terms of use and the integrity of the goods, thereby having no claims.
The store is not responsible for damage to the goods during transportation by the postal service, and compensation is provided by the postal service itself.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" Art. 9:
The consumer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase.

Note. Presentable condition - new goods are sold with factory protective films, seals and labels, this is one of the factors in determining the presentation. The buyer should remember that it is not recommended to damage these packaging elements!
If there are traces of opening and attempts to repackage, scuffs and scratches on the product, the goods cannot be returned.
Note. The store is not responsible for any reflashing of the product (except for flight controllers), which leads to the loss of electronics performance.
The store is not responsible for any actions of the buyer with the purchased goods, breakdowns in case of its improper operation, improper assembly, soldering, adjustment, reflashing.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" Art. 8:
In case of detection of defects in the product during the established warranty period (at least 14 days), the consumer has the right to demand free elimination of defects in the goods within the time limits established by law;
In the absence of an extended warranty, a minimum warranty of 14 days applies to the product.
In the event of a warranty event, the consumer shall submit the goods of inadequate quality to the store for examination. The examination period is up to 14 business days (in some cases, the period may be extended).
The consumer's claims provided for in this Article shall not be satisfied if the seller or manufacturer proves that the defects of the goods arose as a result of the consumer' s violation of the rules for the use of the goods, their storage, transportation.
Warranty service of the product includes free repair work or replacement of the product with a new one in case of impossibility of repair, or a full refund if the product is not available.
Warranty service does not include free software customization of quadcopters or purchased equipment.
