Description

PTFE/Teflon cables have a number of excellent properties, such as resistance to cracking in the event of frequent temperature changes, resistance to most aggressive chemical environments (acids, alkalis, solvents, oil, and gasoline), and an optimal outer diameter for space-saving installation of electronic components.

PTFE/Teflon cables are most suitable for use in equipment for high-frequency signals. The uniformity of the insulation thickness around the conductor and the very low dielectric constant of PTFE allow high-frequency signals to be transmitted with minimal loss compared to other wires, resulting in high quality signal transmission.
