Matek PM12S-3 power module is designed to efficiently power various systems of FPV drones and other aircraft. It operates in a wide input voltage range of 9-55V with a built-in 1:20 voltage divider, which ensures stable and reliable operation. The three BEC regulators Vx, 5V and 12V, each with over-temperature shutdown, over-current protection and self-healing functions, help to optimally power all the necessary components. The BEC Vx supports three output voltage options of 5.25V/6V/8V and a typical continuous output current of 15A with a peak current of 25A, which requires an input voltage of ≥15V to support. The BEC 5V and BEC 12V have a fixed output voltage of 5.2V and 12V, respectively, with a continuous current of up to 4A and a peak current of up to 6A. The compact size and light weight of the module ( 53g ) allows it to be used with drones of various sizes. An additional low ESR capacitor is included, which should be soldered to the input pins in case of "noise" in the input voltage.
