FlyMod 60A extension boards are used as an adapter between the motors and the 4-in-1 speed controller. The advantage is that not only does the board look neater, it is also not susceptible to damage by propeller impact and significantly speeds up motor replacement without having to disassemble the entire flight stack.

The board and copper layer thickness of the FlyMod 60A version is considerably thicker than the FlyMod 40A version, which allows it to withstand a higher current load, but increases the weight of the board.

Note: when installing on a carbon frame, make sure the extension board is insulated with heat shrink or double sided tape to avoid short circuits.
