Brand: UHUSKU 15542UHU Plus Schnellfest two component epoxy adhesive, comes in a convenient double 24ml syringe for easy ejection of the 2 components with the correct mixing ratio. Used for fast and strong assembly, insulation or fastening of a variety of materials.
UHU Plus Schnellfest provides a high strength adhesive bond to virtually all hard materials. Solvent-free, curing time up to 5 minutes, full curing time is reached after 20 minutes. Final strength approx. 1300 N/cm2. When cured it becomes transparent, resistant to aging, stress, UV radiation and humidity.
The adhesive is suitable for use with the following materials: metal, glass, porcelain, ceramics, wood, marble, stone, concrete, thermoset plastics, fiberglass reinforced plastics, hard PVC, rubber, polystyrene foam and more. Not suitable for bonding to large glass surfaces, nor for bonding polyethylene or polypropylene.
Application surface should be dry, cleaned from dust and grease. Squeeze an equal amount of resin and acid hardener on a clean smooth surface and mix thoroughly. Apply the adhesive to one side of the assembly or both if the materials are uneven. Align the parts carefully without pressing.
Full cure: at room temperature, final strength is achieved in no more than 20-30 minutes.
