TheSpedix IS30 for 2-4S LiPo sets a new standard for 4-in-1 speed controllers. Many ESCs used in FPV racing quadcopters have 3.3 × 3.3 mm MOSFETs. Transistors of this size are generally less efficient and reliable. With the same dimensions, the carefully designed IS series of high performance regulators utilize 6 large 5 × 6 mm MOSFETs to meet the increasing current demand from power systems used in FPV racing. These MOSFETs are manufactured using the latest technology to promote better heat dissipation and reduce resistance. All this improves reliability compared to ESCs with smaller MOSFETs.

Если TBS на 800 мВт то может и не вытянуть все вместе на максимальной мощности. По поводу напряжения нужно еще проверить пртбор которым меряете, они часто врут, а вообще контролер и гироскоп питаются от линейного стабилизатора на 3,3 В питание напрямую уходит только на приемник, в передатчике тоже все питается через отдельные линейные стабилизаторы, сгореть не должно но будет чут больше нагрев. Еще этому регулятору обязательно нужно устанавливать хороший электролитические конденсатор на вход питания, емкость побольше, провода максимально короткие.
