Description

SEQURE SQ-SW3 spot welding machine is based on a supercapacitor energy storage system, making it an excellent tool for continuous welding of 18650/21700 Li-ion battery components and other high-power resistance welding applications. A high quality low impedance MOSFET with a maximum current of 2500A ensures its efficiency. With fast/slow charging, battery charging, and AC/DC support, it meets any need and allows for indoor or outdoor use.

The all-metal aluminum body supports rapid heat dissipation and accompanies long-term continuous operation in safety and reliability. The detachable handle is made of 25mm² of ultra-flexible stranded copper wire with nickel plating. This antioxidant wire has a low resistance, can withstand high current loads, and is characterized by its durability. Welding tips made of copper oxide and aluminum are robust and wear-resistant. Because copper does not melt, the tip will not stick to nickel tapes during welding. Their double-sided design increases ease of use.

The device can be started in two modes: automatically after a preset time, for increased efficiency, and manually with the foot pedal, which is suitable for work requiring high precision. The high-resolution 1.8" color LCD display provides information and access to machine settings in 3 languages. The interface is simple and easy to use, and the USB Type-C port is firmware upgradeable.
