The Foxeer Legend 3 is an action camera with a UHD 4K video recording format.
While many drone camera manufacturers have moved to a cube shape, the Foxeer Legend 3 sees the future behind the rectangular monoblock form.
The camera utilizes SuperVision technology, which converts video directly into a 16:9 aspect ratio with the kind of vertical coverage previously only available in top-end 4:3 modes. SuperVision works in 4K, 2.7K, 1080p and 720p, as the default field of view in these cases is wide-angle.
When shooting a "higher" perspective (usually only available in 4:3), the camera dynamically stretches the image to a 16:9 ratio. The beauty of this is that the camera does it all by itself, no need to spend time on post-processing or editing.
