Description

ND filters from Ethix and TBS (Team Black Sheep) are a combination of high quality tempered glass and a neutral density filter.

GoPro action cameras are exposed to danger during flight more often than we can imagine. Therefore, it is essential to protect your GoPro lens with a quality ND8, ND16 or ND32 sun filter. In addition to protecting your GoPro's main lens from possible damage, scratches, and dirt, ND filters also reduce the amount of light reaching the camera's sensor.

Neutral Density Filters allow the user to lock the shutter speed in intense lighting conditions, resulting in the desired 180° cinematic look. The degree of light absorption by the filter, depends on the number indicated in the name. For example, ND2 means that the filter transmits 1/2 of the light, or 50%; ND4 in turn transmits only 25%, or 1/4; ND8=1/8, ND16=1/16 and so on.

Ethix filters are easy to replace or re-glue with the reusable static mount: simply remove the filter when shooting in low light and glue it back on when shooting in bright light.
