Diatone Roma F5 V2 DJI 226mm carbon frame

Diatone Roma series of carbon fiber frames combines the best modern developments in the field of FPV freestyle.

Roma series frames are distinguished by a unique Full Armor protective design, the parts of which are made of special plastic by high-pressure molding. Protective parts look not only beautiful, but also have high durability. There are also parts made of titanium steel and TPU plastic.

The Full Armor system includes: front protections, landing legs, side panels for FPV camera mounting, flight stack protection, power cord mount, and an adjustable platform for action camera mounting.

The frame allows you to mount a DJI digital FPV system for flying with vivid quality HD images.

• Independent beam design for quick removal and replacement. Each beam is secured with three screws, you only need to unscrew two of them and loosen the screw securing the flight controller to easily remove the beam
• Full Armor protection system, compared to conventional 3D printed products is not only prettier, but also has higher durability
• Two power wire clips (for 12AWG and 14AWG respectively) reduce the risk of propeller damage
• TPU plastic parts for mounting the DJI Air Unit, receiver antenna (suitable for TBS Immortal), and GPS module.
• Titanium steel parts help protect the FPV camera from damage
• Side panels for mounting the DJI FPV camera are made of plastic to avoid short circuits between the camera screen and the frame body
• Carbon parts are made of premium T300 3K material with high-precision machining
• Additional side plates against headwinds have a streamlined shape that influences airflow

Diatone has made a number of changes to the Roma F5 carbon frames. First of all, the stiffness and strength of the frame beams have been improved. The metal parts at the front of the frame have been sealed and the alloy has been changed from 7075 aluminum to precision machined titanium steel. The bolts securing the metal parts have been changed from M2 size to M3 size.

For the HD DJI version of the frame, mounts for dual DJI antennas have been added.
