If the copter is pulling sideways, it is possible to calibrate the gyroscope:
With the Cheerson CX-10 turned on, place it on a flat surface, move the left stick left and down and the right stick left and up. The quadcopter will then blink its LEDs. That's it, calibration is complete, you can take off again. If it will still lean sideways - adjust to the opposite side of the slope with the trim buttons.
