TheIon Pro is the latest enhancement to the VAS Ion series of antennas, incorporating a more sophisticated element system for high axial ratio omnidirectional signals. The Ion Pro's gain is the highest of any single omni-directional antenna (a true 2.5dB, providing greater range), and the antenna's improved circular pattern allows pilots to fly in the most challenging RF environments such as urban areas and race tracks.

The VAS Ion Pro is designed to be used as both a transmit and receive antenna, making it an ideal choice for professional FPV pilots who need to receive a signal where other antennas simply cannot. During the manufacturing process, each antenna is tested not only for VSWR, but also for radiation pattern and axial ratio to ensure that each antenna meets the highest quality standards.
