Recommendations
For female connector. Insulation must be stripped from the wires to be connected before installation. The stripped section of wire on the mounting side must not have strong bends. Insert it into the free socket of the terminal, then, using a slotted screwdriver, turn the screw and fix the wire in the clamping chamber. Make sure that the wire is in the correct position, it is when this condition is met that the design prevents accidental opening of the contact. After that, the terminal can be connected to the mating part of the connector installed on the board (Art.No.16-0912-9 plug (2EDGR-02P)). Removal of the conductor (disassembly) is carried out in reverse order
The terminal body is made of polyamide 6.6 (modification UL94V-0), which allows it to function in the temperature range from -40° to +105°C, and short-term up to +250°C. This material is resistant to cracking and high dynamic loads. The screw clamp of the terminal block securely fixes the wire, provides protection against vibration and tearing out. As a rule, split terminals are used in devices with quick-release modules for easy maintenance and repair.
