Description

MECHANIC 225 flux paste is a product for a wide range of applications, highly compatible with materials, environmentally friendly and specially formulated to remove oxides and reduce surface tension.
This flux paste is designed for stable metal bonding in soldering applications. It is excellent at removing the oxide film on the surface of parts, making the soldering process more efficient and safer for human health.
One of the advantages of MECHANIC 225 is its low heating temperature, which avoids damage to parts. Also, the flux has a low specific weight, excellent spreadability and virtually no evaporation when heated. The consistency of the product allows it to be fixed on the contact pads until soldering is completed. Excess flux should be removed after completion to avoid damage.
MECHANIC 225 Flux Paste is supplied in a convenient syringe form factor, which makes it easy to apply to the surface of the parts.
