Description

The SEQURE SQ-001 electronic digital soldering iron is very simple to use and program. It has an easy-to-use ergonomic design, a highly efficient heating element, and a simple control interface. On the body of the soldering iron there is OLED-display, temperature control buttons, slot for connection of external independent power supply.

SQ-001 is equipped with a built-in port 12-24V DC5.5x2.5, podviiynymi temperature sensor, accelerometer and microprocessor STM32. All electronic components and steel heating element are housed in a sturdy ABS+PC plastic housing.

SQ-001 allows precise, stable and easy temperature control from 100 °C to 400 °C. With 19V constant current and 40W power, the stove can be heated up to 300°C in 15 seconds.

The kit comes with XT60 - DC cable, so you can use common 3S-4S LiPo batteries to power the soldering iron.

Due to the USB interface, you can update the firmware, thus expanding the functions and parameters that are displayed on the display of the soldering iron.

Pay attention! The power supply unit is not included in the set of this product! For the soldering iron to work at full power we recommend to use blocks from 65W DC 5.5x2.5.

Recommendations for operation

• Please use a grounding clamp, a proper power supply and other accessories for safe use.
• When the SQ-001 is used for the first time, it may slightly dim due to heating of the heating element, which is normal.
• If the SQ-001 is used continuously for 40 minutes and the temperature is more than 350°C, the soldering iron handle temperature will reach 50°C ~ 60°C.
• When heating, DO NOT touch the soldering iron tip, and always wear the appropriate guard to prevent spillage
• When the SQ-001 is sealed, do not attempt to remove or replace the stinger, make sure it is fully sealed.
